The texts | What is the European Framework? Well, it's a 300-page document, not so easy to read.
You can find it there (in English): http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/linguistic/Source/Framework_EN.pdf
It also exits in paper version. In France, it is edited by DIDIER publishing house. I regret that a private publishing house is in charge of this. It is a public concern and it should be published by the European institutions themselves at an affordable price.
You also have the portfolios. The porfolios are different and shouldn't be mistaken with the European Framework. Portfolios are tools to be used in class directly. They help pupils see their progress in a process of self evaluation. More information here: http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/portfolio/Default.asp?L=E&M=/main_pages/welcome.html |
